摘 要:针对伊朗Y油田早期钻井过程中发生的压差卡钻问题,首先运用力学分析的方法,找出钻井液需要改善的性能要求,利用室内实验手段,考察钻井液的抗高温能力和加入润滑剂后的润滑效果,优选出高温深井防卡钻井液的基本配方。其次,提出特殊工况下的润滑防卡技术措施,建立解卡液密度优化计算公式,为解卡液密度选择提供理论基础。现场应用9口井,钻井液性能稳定,基本杜绝卡钻事故,有效提高了钻井时效。In view of the problem of pipe sticking encountered in early drilling of Y Oilfield of Iran,at first,performance requirements of drilling fluids needing to be improved is found by using dynamics analyses,the capacity of enduring high temperature and lubricant effect of drilling fluids after lubricant additives are added are tested by using lab experiments and the basic formula of drilling fluids which can endure high temperature and prevent drilling pipe from sticking is optimized.At second,the measures of lubricating and sticking-preventing technology fit for special conditions are raised in order to strengthen the sticking-preventing effectiveness and optimized formula calculating the density of sticking-releasing fluids is established in order to provide theoretical bases for selecting the density of sticking-releasing fluids.The results of the field application in 9 wells show that the performance of the drilling fluids is stable,no sticking occurs and drilling efficiency is effectively increased.
