双向晶闸管在抓斗桥式起重机控制系统的应用实践

摘　　要：交流接触器在抓斗桥式起重机绕线式异步电动机转子串接电阻控制系统中存在故障率高、可靠性差的现象,据此提出对现有的电动机控制回路进行无触点控制改造,实现电动机的无触点延时平滑启动。技术改造后,不仅提高了系统控制精度、可靠性和稳定性,大大降低了抓斗桥式起重机的故障率,减少了维修工时和操作人员的劳动强度,且提高了经济效益。Given that fact that AC contactor shows high failure rate and poor reliability in the control system for rotor series resistance of wound rotor asynchronous motor of bridge-type grab crane,alternation is proposed to have contactless control in the control loop of existing motors,to realize contactless smooth start delay for the motor.The alteration increases the control accuracy,reliability and stability of the system,but also greatly reduces the failure rate of the bridge-type grab crane,reduces maintenance hours and work by the operators,and enhances the economic benefit.
