摘  要:采用还原沉淀-转溶法从高铁含钒石煤硫酸浸出溶液中回收钒,并对浸出液的预中和,含钒酸精矿的制备和转溶等工艺环节及其影响因素进行了分析研究。试验结果表明,该法可从高铁含钒溶液中回收钒,并制备合格的五氧化二钒,但钒的总回收率偏低。Vanadium was recovered from vanadium-containing ceaching solution with high iron concentra- tion by reducing precipitating-redissolving process. The process steps of pre-neutralizing of leaching solu- tion,preparation and redissolving of vanadium acid concentrate and the influence factors of each link were investigated. The results show that this process can recover vanadium and prepare qualified Vz 05 , but the overall recovery rate of vanadium is relatively low.
