摘　　要：因产品结构调整,2套全低变装置的半水煤气处理量需增加30%,为此选用了新型节能无饱和热水塔全低变工艺对2套变换装置进行了改造。改造后,仅节约蒸汽一项,1年内就可收回投资。Due to the readjustment of the product mix, the semi-water gas through put in the 2 sets of total low-pressure shift units requires an additional 30%, hence, the novel energy-saving total low-pressure shift technology without the saturated hot water tower is chosen to revamp the 2 sets of shift units. After the revamp, with steam saving alone, the investment can be recovered in a year.
