摘　　要：根据缠绕管换热器的结构特点,阐述了损坏原因,详细介绍了查漏及修复的方法,并提出生产运行中应注意的事项。缠绕管换热器大修后,设备运行情况良好,氢回收率达到80%～82%,达到了设计要求。According to the structural characteristics of the winding pipe heat exchanger, causes for its damage are explained, leakage check up and repair methods are described in detail, and points of attention are listed in productive operation. After the overhaul of the exchanger, the equipment runs satisfactorily, the hydrogen recovery reaches 80% - 82%, and therefore the design requirement is met.
