摘　　要：以美国自由人槭嫩枝为试材,采用L(934)正交试验设计,研究了扦插床、生长调节剂、药剂浓度及处理时间等各种因素对自由人槭生根率、根数、根长的影响。结果表明:插床和生长调节剂对自由人槭生根率、根数、根长影响达显著水平,药剂浓度及处理时间只对生根率影响显著,对根数、根长影响不显著。遮阴棚内覆薄膜拱棚插床、吲哚丁酸200mg/L浸泡1h处理组合使自由人槭扦插生根率、平均根数达到最优水平,生根率达95%,平均生根数为3.3条。Using softwood cuttings ofAcer xfreemanii as material, orthogonal test design （L9 （ 3^4 ） ）was employed to study the effect of cutting beds, growth regulator, concentration, and handling time on roofing rote, roofing length and roofing quantity ofAcer xfreemanii cuttings. Results showed that： the effect of the cutting beds and growth regulator on roofing rate, quantity of rooting and roofing length reached a significant level. While the effect of concenlration and handling time on roofing rote, quantity of roofing and roofing length didn＇ t reach a significant level. The combination of cutting beds covered with membrane in the shade, cuttings treaded with 200mg/L IBA for 1 h was optimal for Acer xfreemanii cuttings, which roofing rate of cuttings reached to 95%, and rooting quantity of cutting was 3.3.
