激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的应用研究

摘　　要：为探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的激光治疗模式 ,用激光治疗方法对 5 0例 98只眼糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行了激光治疗 ,分 2～ 5次完成。术后随访 6～ 2 0个月 ,平均 12 .6个月。结果成功率达 98% ,其中视力在 0 .5以上者 31例 5 3只眼 ,占 5 1.4% ,视力在 0 .1以上者 49例 96只眼 ,占 97% ,可逆性并发症的发生率为 18%。In order to study the therapeutic pattern of laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy, 50 cases (98 eye) of diabetic retinopathy were treated with the laser therapeutic pattern designed by ourselves. The therapeutic process had been completed through two to five times. The follow up were from six to twenty months, mean 12.6months. Results showed that the effective rate was 98%, the visual acuity above 0.5 was 31 cases (53 eye)(51.4%), above 0.1 was 49 cases (96 eye) (97%). The incidence of reversible complication was 18 percent. It could be concluded that the laser treating diabetic retinopathy was one of the safe and effective ways.
