摘 要:为探讨老年高血压胰岛素抵抗 (IR)对子代的影响 ,将老年高血压胰岛素抵抗患者及其直系第 1代子女与健康老年人及其直系第 1代子女各 33例 ,分别检测血压、体重指数 (BMI)、血糖、胰岛素、血脂、血尿酸、纤维蛋白原 ,并计算胰岛素敏感指数 (IAI)及胰岛素抵抗指数 (IRI)。结果表明 :老年高血压及其子代组与健康老年人及其子代组对比 ,空腹胰岛素 (InS)、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、IAI、IRI差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。BMI、空腹血糖 (SG)、血尿酸 (UA)餐后 2h血糖 (SG2 )、餐后胰岛素 (InS2 )Ins/SG差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而C肽 (CP)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -ch)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL -ch)、纤维蛋白原 (F)两者比较差异则无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示老年高血压胰岛素抵抗患者子代存在有IR现象。This study has been made to study the effect of aged insulin resistance patients with hypertension to their first filial generation. All the individuals were divided into two groups, group A, thirty-three aged insulin resistance patients with hypertension and their first filial generation; and group B, thirty-three individuals of healthy aged individuals and their first filial generation. The methods we took were to evaluate all the cases' blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), the blood glucose, insulin, uric acid, fibrinogen and calculating insulin sensitive index (IAI) and insulin resistance index(IRI). The comparison of the two groups showed that there was highly significant difference in insulin, TC, TG, IAI and IRI( P <0.01). There was significant difference in BMI, SG, UA, SG 2, Ins/SG ( P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in CP, HDL-ch, LDL-ch and fibrinogen ( P >0.05). It was concluded that there was IR phenomenon in aged insulin resistance patients with hypertension, reduced body's sensation to insulin.
