京津冀一体化下廊坊主导产业的选择和政府的角色

摘　　要：廊坊身处北京、天津两大经济发达的都市之间,作为京津冀一体化中的一部分,具有良好的区位优势和比较优势。文章从产业扩散效应、产业链分工和区位优势等方面对廊坊产业定位进行分析,并根据廊坊现有条件,确定廊坊的主导产业。同时在市场机制不完善、存在诸多制度障碍的情况下,地方政府在产业区域合作和产业发展中可以扮演重要角色。The City of Langfang, located between two economically developed metropolises---Beijing and Tianjin, has a good location advantage and comparative advantage as part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Integration. This paper probes into the positioning of Langfang industry from the effects of industrial diffusion, the division of industrial chain, location advantages and other aspects, and determines the leading industry of Langfang according to the existing conditions. Meanwhile, it points out that the local government can play an important role in industrial regional cooperation and development under the imperfect market mechanism and many institutional barriers.
