我国普惠制农村金融机构支农水平影响因素探析

摘　　要：从内部和外部因素两个方面构建我国普惠制农村金融机构支农水平影响因素的理论框架,利用层次分析法计算各因素的权重,并对其权重大小进行排序。发现普惠制农村金融机构支农水平影响因素的特点是影响因素是多元的、不断变化的、且影响程度是不同的。得出内部因素是影响机构支农水平的最重要因素,而外部因素是次重要因素的结论。进而从提高机构自身的支农能力和创造良好的外部环境两个方面提出提升普惠制农村金融机构支农水平。This paper builds the theoretical framework of the influencing factors of inclusive rural financial institutions supporting agriculture level in China from the internal and external factors. It calculates the weight of factors using analytic hierarchy process and orders the size of the weight. We draw the conclusion that the influencing factors of inclusive rural financial institutions supporting agriculture level are various, the influencing factors are changing and the influence degree of each factor is different. The internal factor is the most important factors and the external factor is the less important factors. Finally, we improve the institution supporting agriculture ability and create a favorable external environment, in order to promote the supporting agriculture level of inclusive rural financial institutions.
