摘　　要：目的:探讨社区综合护理干预对原发性高血压病及不良心血管事件发生率的影响。方法:将80例原发性高血压病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,所有患者入院时除正规降压治疗外,均进行健康宣教、饮食、运动、心理干预。干预组出院后每月至少随访1次并给予上述干预措施,持续1年;对照组出院后则不给予任何干预措施。结果:干预组血压控制程度明显好于对照组,且不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合护理干预能提高血压控制率,减少不良心血管事件,改善高血压病患者的生活质量。Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive community nursing intervention on the curative effect and the incidence of adverse cardiovascu- lax events in patients with essential hypertension. Methods ：80 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, excepting formal admission antihypertensive treatment,the health education, diet, exercise and psychological intervention were carried out in all patients. The intervention group （ n =40） was given the above - mentioned interventions and followed - up at least once a month for a year after disehaxge,while the control group （ n = 40） was not given any intervention measures. Results：Degree of blood pressure control in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group, and a lower incidence of adverse cardiovascular events （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive community nursing intervention measures can increase the rate of blood pressure control, reduce adverse cardiovascular events and improve the quality of life in patients with hypertension.
