妥布霉素联用5%碘酊治疗泪囊脓肿的疗效观察

摘  要:目的:探讨泪囊脓肿的治疗方法。方法:将180例泪囊脓肿患者随机分为两组,每组90例。试验组切开排脓后使用8万U妥布霉素加入生理盐水20 ml冲洗脓腔;再使用5%碘酊棉签涂擦脓腔壁。对照组只使用8万U妥布霉素加入生理盐水20 ml冲洗脓腔。两组最后均在脓腔内放置橡胶引流条引流并在切口上覆盖无菌敷料,术后每日换药,换药时仍采用上述方法处理。观察比较两组的治愈天数及有效率。结果:试验组和对照组的有效率均为100%。试验组治愈天数为(8.35±1.32)d,对照组治愈天数为(10.64±1.34)d,试验组治愈天数短于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:泪囊脓肿切开引流后加用5%碘酊治疗能有效控制致病菌,使脓肿愈合加快。Objective:Probe into the treatment methods of lacrimal sac abscess, Medthds:180 cases of lacrimal abscess were randomly divided into two groups ,90 cases in each group. Every patient in experimental group was administrated 80 000 U tobramycin in normal saline 20 ml after incision and rinse, and then used a 5% iodine swab rubbed abscess wall. In control group ,use 80 000 U tobramycin in 20 ml of normal saline was used. Patients in two groups were placed rubber drainage and covered a sterile dressing on the incision. Daily dressing changed postoperative and used the above approach during dressing changing. Drainage of lacrimal abscess after incision were taken and washed with tenebrimycin and tenebrimycin + 5% iodine tincture. The number of days of healing, efficiency with tenebrimycin and tenebrimycin + 5% iodine tincture, were compared between the experimental and control group. Results:The effective rate of the experimental group and control group were 100%. The cure days in experimental group were (8.35 ± 1. 32) days, in the control group were ( 10.64 ±1.34) days. The experimental group healed faster ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:Washed with tcnebrimycin + 5 % iodine tincture after incision and drainage is good for lacrimal abscess ,it was could effectively control pathogen's growth and healing.
