摘 要:研究了激发剂CaO对建筑石膏复合胶凝材料体积稳定性的影响,并通过扫描电镜进行了晶体形貌变化的研究。结果表明,在建筑石膏复合胶凝材料体系中,体积变化为早期膨胀而后期收缩,且其早期膨胀变形均发生在20 d水化龄期之前。在无激发剂CaO掺加的情况下,矿物料粉煤灰、水泥的加入对建筑石膏胶凝材料的体积稳定性影响相对较小,激发剂CaO的加入可以显著的增加体系的膨胀性,特别是激发剂掺加到粉煤灰-水泥复掺体系中,可以使体系的膨胀率急剧增大。The effect of activator CaO on volume stability of building gypsum compositely cementitious materials was studied. By using scanning electric microscope (SEM),the change of crystal morphology was also studied. The results indicated that in the systems the volume would expand in early period,and reduce in later period,the main change of expanding would occur in the previous 20 days. With no activator CaO adding,the effect of adding fly ash or cement on the volume stability was little,on the contrary,with the adding of CaO,the volume would largely increase:Especially to the system of adding fly ash and cement,the adding of CaO would rapidly increase the volume of cementitious materials.
