摘  要:在密胺类高效减水剂合成工艺中引入新材料对氨基苯磺酸钠,合成具有高减水分散性能的改性密胺类高效减水剂(SS-MSM)。系统研究了主要原料摩尔比、pH值、反应温度和反应时间对SS-MSM性能的影响。结果显示,引入对氨基苯磺酸钠能明显提高其分散性能,减水效果好,有较好的水泥适应性和贮存稳定性,并且优于参比的高效减水剂。Based on traditional technology of melamine-type superplasticizer, modified melamine-type superplasticizer (SS- MSM) which has the performance of highly water-reducing and dispersion has been developed by means of introduce a new monomer of sodium sulfanilate. Systematic study the molar ratio of the main raw material,pH value,reaction temperature and reaction time on the performance of SS-MSM. The results indicated that dispersion property was improved obviously when sodium sulfanilate was added to melamine superplasticizer. The performance of SS-MSM is optimal and superior to the referenced superplasticizer, had well water-reducing effect and storage stability and adaptability of cement.
