摘  要:通过水模实验,对马钢120 t钢包精炼处理时钢液裸露进行观察,研究钢包吹氩量、渣层厚度以及钢包透气砖透气孔数目对钢液裸露面积的影响。结果表明,随着底吹氩流量的增加,钢液裸露面积逐渐增大,并趋向于临界值;随着渣层厚度的增加,钢液裸露面积逐渐减小,且变化幅度逐渐减小;随着透气砖透气孔数目增加,钢液裸露面积逐渐减小且相差很小。根据达到临界最大搅拌效率时吹气量,实际生产时吹氩量只需达到360 L/min;在正常生产渣量范围内,选择3.0%钢包渣渣量。Through water model experiments, status of liquid steel exposed to atmosphere in refining process of 120 t ladle of Ma'anshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. was observed. Some influencing factors on bare area of steel liquid, such as argon blowing rate, ladle slag thickness, the number of ventilating hole of ladle brick, were studied. Results show that with the increase of argon flowing rate, the bare area is gradually increased and tends to critical value. With the increase of slag layer thickness, the bare area is diminished, but the variation is gradually reduced. With the increase of the number of ventilating hole of ladle brick, the bare area tapers off, but the difference is very small. According to the gas blowing rate which reaches critical maximum mixing efficiency, the argon blowing rate only reaches 360 L/min in actual production. Slag ladle of 3.0% is chosen in the normal range of slag.
