摘　　要：目前治疗食管良性狭窄的方法有许多,包括传统的外科治疗、内镜下狭窄扩张、切开、支架置入,以及近年来的激素、化疗药物的治疗,到新兴的内镜下细胞移植预防及治疗食管狭窄等方法。本文就近年来发展起来的内镜下治疗食管良性狭窄的进展作一综述。There are many treatments to treat benign esophageal strictures,including traditional surgical treatment,medical treatment,endoscopic stricture dilation,endoscopic incision,stent implantation,in recent years the treatment of chemotherapy drugs,and cell engineering to treat and prevent esophageal stenosis.This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of the current endoscopic therapy to treat benign esophageal strictures.
