老年病员体重估计方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年卧床病员体重值的估计方法。方法 :以 16 1例老年男性住院病员的身高、上臂围、三头肌皮褶厚度实测值为自变量 ,体重实测值为因变量 ,按体质指数分组进行多元线性回归分析。结果 :经显著性检验 ,所建回归方程成立 ,体重估计误差仅为 (3 5～ 5 41)kg。经临床应用效果证明 ,其估计误差为 (3 0 3～ 4 81)kg。,结论 :本研究的体重估计方法可为老年男性卧床病员的营养状况评价提供适用的体重参考值。Objective:Explore estimating ways of weight of the aged patients confined to bed Method:161 aged male inpatients were divided into different groups according to their BMI(Body Mass,Index) In order to obtain a multiple linear regression model of male aged patients confined to bed,three measured variables height,the width of upper arm and the thickness of skin wrinkle were defined as independent variables in multiple linear regression model,and the measured weight as dependent variable Results:The model is proved to be valid by F statistic test and this regression equation is established,the standard estimating error of weigh is(3 50～5 41)kilogram Verified by clinical use,the estimating error is(3 03～4 81)kilogram Conclusion:This model can be used to provide suitable estimating weight referential value in evaluating nutrition of male aged bedfast inpatients
