医院对医学信息管理人才需求的调查与分析

摘　　要：调查太原市15所医院对医学信息管理专业学生的需求,为保证医学信息管理专业学生的教学质量,提高培养人才的素质提供依据。通过调查发现,目前医院非常缺乏信息管理专业人才;医院对该专业人才的主要要求是具有医院信息系统的管理与维护技能;但目前该专业毕业生缺乏实践能力。学校应当进一步优化课程设置,强化能力的培养,加大学生实践环节的教学力度,以满足医院信息化建设的需求。The authors made the investigation on the demands for students majoring in medical information management in 15 hospitals in Taiyuan City in order to guarantee teaching quality of medical information management and provide the base to improve -the quality of the talents. The authors find that currently hospitals are in the lack of talents of man- agement of medical information system and maintaining techniques. Nowadays the graduates lack practical ability. Therefore, universities should further optimize course offering, focus on ability training, enhance teaching in internship and meet the demand of hospital informatization construction.
