宫颈脱落细胞中ki67、p16阳性表达的临床意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨宫颈脱落细胞中ki67抗原、p16基因的表达及意义。【方法】采取免疫组织化学的方法检测并比较宫颈脱落细胞标本129份[其中低度鳞状上皮内病变（LSIL）30份、高度鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）34份、宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌（SCC）35份，正常宫颈脱落细胞30份]中ki67、p16的表达。【结果】正常对照组鳞状上皮ki67、p16表达均为阴性；SCC组的阳性表达率均为100％，其中，p16为强阳性表达，ki67以中等强度及强阳性表达为主；HSIL组的阳性表达率均为100％，p16以中等强度及强阳性表达为主，Ki67以中等强度阳性表达为主；LSIL组的阳性表达率均为70％，以弱及中等强度表达为主。【结论】宫颈脱落细胞中ki67、!016的阳性表达强弱程度与宫颈鳞状细胞病变严重程度成正相关。[ObjectiveITo explore the expression of ki-67 and p16 in exfoliated cervical ceils and their significance. [MethodslThe expression of ki-67 and p16 in 129 samples of exfoliated cervical cells including 30 samples of low squamous epithelial lesion（LSIL）, 34 samples of high squamous epithelial lesion（HSIL）, 35 samples of cervical squamous cell cancer and 30 samples of normal exfoliated cervical cells were detected and compared by using immunohistochemical method. [Results] In normal control group, the expression of ki 67 and p16 in squamous epithelial cells were negative（- ）, and the expression of ki-67 and p16 in SCC group were 100% and 100%, respectively, and P16 was strong positive expression, and ki-67 was mainly moderate and strong positive expression. The expression of ki-67 and p16 in HSIL group were 100% and 100%, respective- ly, and p16 was mainly moderate and strong positive expression, and ki67 was moderate positive expression. The expression of ki-67 and p16 in LSIL group were 70% and 70%, respectively, and both of them were mainly weak and moderate expression. [Conclusion]The expression of ki67 and p16 in exfoliated cervical cells are positively correlated with the severity of cervical squamous cell lesions.
