摘  要:目的:介绍了神经元的间室模型和底丘脑核投射神经元的动作电位的仿真方法。方法:将神经元分成一个个间室,每个间室分列微分方程。具体实验中利用"Neuron"这个神经元仿真计算平台对底丘脑核投射神经元的动作电位进行仿真。结果:当神经元结构比较复杂,膜的特性具有电压依从性,膜上有突触后电流的时候,间室模型能很好地反映了复杂神经元的电学特性。底丘脑核投射神经元的动作电位仿真结果和真正的动作电位结果非常相似。结论:间室模型很好地反映了复杂神经元的电学特性。底丘脑核投射神经元的动作电位仿真结果和真正的动作电位结果非常吻合。Objective: Aiming at improving the knowledge of the students with the simulation of neuron,the compartmental model was explored and the simulations of the action potentials of the projection neuron of subthalamus nucleus were also explored.Methods: The neuron was divided into different compartments,each of which is represented with a differentiating equation.In this experiment,'neuron'—the neuronal and neural network simulation computation platform was used for the simulation of the action potentials of the projection neuron of subthalamus nucleus.Results: When it is a complex neuron with voltage-dependent membrane and postsynaptic currents,the compartmental model well represented the electric character of complex neuron.And the simulative results of the action potentials of the projection neuron of the subthalamus nucleus were similar with the action potentials got with the intracellular recording.Conclusion: The compartmental model quite well represented the electric character of complex neuron.And the simulative results of the action potentials of the projection neuron of the subthalamus nucleus were excellent similar with the action potentials got with the intracellular recording.
