东北电网最小成本发电扩展方案研究及经济分析

摘　　要：在辽长吉哈５００ ｋＶ输变电工程亚洲开发银行贷款项目中，应用ＷＡＳＰ－Ⅲ电源优化软件包对东北电网最小成本发电扩展方案进行了研究，并在此基础上，参照亚洲开发银行经济分析导则的要求，进行了等价贴现率（ＥＤＲ）、经济内部收益率（ＥＩＲＲ）和平均增量经济成本（ＡＩＥＣ）等主要经济指标的分析计算，对辽长吉哈５００ ｋＶ输变电工程的经济合理性进行了充分论证。Aimed at the loan of Asia Development Bank for Liaochangjiha 500 kV transmission project,it is analyzed that extended scheme on generation with minimum cost,applying the soft- ware package of WASP- Ⅲ power optimization. According to the demand of economic analysis guide of Asia Development Bank,it is analytically calculated to main indexes such as EDR,EIRR, AlEC. At last the economy of the project is full demonstrated.
