高效液相色谱法测定吉美拉西含量及有关物质

摘　　要：目的:建立吉美拉西含量HPLC及有关物质的测定方法。方法:以C18柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(20∶80∶0.05)为流动相,流量为1.0ml·min-1,柱温30℃。检测波长为220nm。结果:在浓度为4.02～201.20μg·mL-1范围内,本法线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997(n=8)。结论:该方法简单,准确,可以作为吉美拉西含量和有关物质的测定方法。Objective：To develop a HPLC method of determinating of venlafaxine hydrochloride and its related substances. Methods： The determination was carried out on a Cls column. The mobile phase was methanol-water- phosphoric acid （20：80：0.05）with flow rate of 1.0ml ·min^-1 and the column temperature was 30℃ The detection wave-length was 220nm. Results： There was a good linearity over the range of 4.02-201.20μg· mL^-1 with a coefficient of correlation（r）0.9997 （n=8）. Conclusion： The method was simple and accurate, it can be used as a method of quality control.
