创新人才培养模式 为新农村建设培养实用人才

摘　　要：解决"三农"问题,实现新农村建设最根本也是最关键的途径就是为农村输送大批"回得去、留得住、用得上"的实用人才。根据农村基层实用人才异常匮乏的现状,对河北农业大学10年来实施"一村一名大学生工程"人才培养模式单考单招"订单式"招生模式,降低农民进大学的门槛;根据农村区域经济特色及产业结构调整需要,拓展优化专业结构;紧密贴近农村实际,创新人才培养模式;跟踪服务,帮助毕业生创业致富等4方面进行了总结探讨,并结合工作实际提出了今后发展设想。Personnel training is the key to building new socialist countryside. According to the Single Test-Single Recruitment, ＂Orders＂ enrollment mode, optimized professional structure, in- novative training mode, tracking service and graduates＂ entrepreneurial wealth, etc. the ＂One Vil- lage One Student＂ practice implemented by the Agricultural University of Hebei is formed, this article discusses the ways and practices of cultivating practical talents for the new rural construc- tion. And the development blueprint in the future is described in detail.
