简论高校思想政治教育学校环境的优化

摘　　要：思想政治教育学校环境是高校思想政治教育环境的重要组成部分,是人思想形成发展的客观基础。文章在对思想政治教育学校环境内涵阐述的基础上,从教育体制、教学观念和方式、教学内容、学校活动和风气4个方面分析了思想政治教育学校环境对思想政治教育的影响,从机制建设、以人为本、全员育人等方面提出了高校思想政治学校环境优化的对策。School ideological and political education environment is an important part of the ideological and political education.It is the objective basis of human thoughts＇ formation and development.This article mainly builds on the basis of the elaboration of the ideological and political education environment.From four aspects of education system,concepts and methods of teaching,teaching contents,school activities and school ethos,it analyzes the influence of school ideological and political education environment on the ideological and political education,introducing solutions to optimizing the environment ideological and political education in colleges and universities from systematic construction,people-oriented and fully educating people to strengthen the pertinence of ideological political education and providing the theoretic foundation effectively.
