药师参与1例多索茶碱与左氧氟沙星联用致心律失常的治疗

摘　　要：通过分析1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作患者联用多索茶碱与左氧氟沙星后,频发室性早搏及房性早博的药物治疗监护过程,了解临床药师在药物相互作用监护中的作用与价值。多索茶碱与左氧氟沙星联用可致心律失常,临床药师应加强对此类患者的用药监护。Pharmaceutical care was given to a patient with arrhythmia induced by doxofylline and levofloxacin interaction,which demonstrated better understanding of pharmacist＇s function and values in pharmaceutical care.The patient was 75 years old with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.When doxofylline and levofloxacin were used together,frequent premature ventricular contractions and atrial extrasystole emerged.Clinical pharmacist＇s recommendation was to stop doxofylline and levofloxacin.Use of doxofylline and levofloxacin together might cause adverse drug reactions as arrhythmia which clinical pharmacists should pay more attentions to.
