摘  要:对松嫩平原不同盐碱化草地的羊草种群叶片游离脯氨酸、甜菜碱含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的季节变化进行测定。结果表明:土壤电导率是影响叶片内甜菜碱含量、CAT活性变化的主要因子;土壤pH是影响叶片内脯氨酸含量和SOD、POD活性变化的主要因子。在同一取样时期,随着样地盐碱化程度增加,叶片内渗透调节物质含量和抗氧化酶活性均与各自主要因子呈正相关。小分子渗透调节物质的大量积累及抗氧化酶系统的调节,是羊草种群对盐碱化适应的重要生理响应。The content of free proline and betaine and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),hydrogen peroxidase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) in leaves of Leymus chinensis in different salinized grasslands of Songnen Plain were determined from returning green phase to withering phase.The results showed that soil electrical conductivity was the major factor affecting betaine content,activities changes of CAT,pH of soil was the major factor affecting proline content and activities changes of SOD and POD.Content of the osmoregulatory substances and activities of the antioxidase was positively correlated to respective major factors with increasing of salinized degree on same sampling date.Large accumulation of small weigh molecular and adjustment of protective enzymes system were possibly important physiological reactions that Leymus chinensis population was adaptive to different salinized grasslands.
