摘 要:介绍了大型汽轮发电机现场故障特征规律分析研究的结果 ,给出了大型汽轮发电机的静子断水、静子漏水、转子漏水、静子线圈过热、静子绝缘损坏、静子接地、转子一点接地、转子绕组匝间短路、转子不平衡、轴承油膜振荡、轴瓦损坏、机座外壳振动等 1 2种常见故障的模式与后果、特征信号、征兆和诊断规则 ,以及基于可靠性理论的发电机常见故障发生概率的计算公式。文中使用电气信号、振动信号以及水或氢冷却子系统和润滑子系统的液压等参数来诊断大型汽轮发电机的常见电气故障、机械故障和泄漏故障 ,旨在准确识别大型汽轮发电机的电站现场实际故障。This paper describes the main research results for site fault characteristics law of large capacity turbogenerators. The fault mode and the fault effect, characteristics signals, symptoms and rules for diagnosing the following 12 kinds of failures: Cut off the water for stators, water leakage of stators, water leakage of rotors, stators winding's overheating, insulation damage of stators, stator grounding, one point grounding for rators, short circuit between rotor turns, rotor unbalance, bearing oil whip, bearing bush damage and stator shell vibration are given togather with the formula for calculating the failure probability of the failures of large capacity turbogenerators. The diagnosises of electric faults, mechanical faults and leakage faults for large capacity turbogenerators are made by means of electric signals, vibration signals and fluid pressure and so on parameters of water/hydrogen cooling subsystem and lubricating oil subsystem with the purpose of accurate identification of site practical fault for large capacity turbogenerators on power station.
