摘 要:氢氧化镍 [Ni(OH) 2 ]是碱性蓄电池的正极活性物质 ,为了改善电极的性能 ,增加电池的比能量 ,研究了碱性蓄电池的正极材料球形Ni(OH) 2 颗粒表面包覆氢氧化亚钴 [Co(OH) 2 ]的化学沉积工艺和包覆Co(OH ) 2 的Ni(OH) 2 电极的性能。通过比较充 /放电曲线 ,讨论了电极活性物质利用率与表面形成羟基氧化钴 (CoOOH)的关系以及合成的条件控制。结果表明表面包覆Co(OH) 2 是改善Ni(OH) 2 电极性能的有效途径。Nickel hydroxide is widely used as an active material for positive electrode in alkaline rechargeable batteries. The chemical deposition technological process of cobalt (Ⅱ) hydroxide on the surface of spherical nickel hydroxide in order to modify the characteristics of the electrode and increase the energy density of the battery as well as its effects on the performance of nickel electrodes were investigated. According to the comparison of the charge/discharge curves of the nickel electrodes, the relationship between the utilization of active material and the formed CoOOH converted from the deposition condition were also discussed. The results show that the chemical deposition of cobalt (Ⅱ) hydroxide on the surface of spherical nickel hydroxide particles is an effective method for modifying characteristics of electrode.
