摘  要:研究了球形氢氧化镍的密度与活性 ,反应体系的输入能量与密度、比表面积的关系。结果表明 ,在氢氧化镍晶体的( 0 0 1)和 ( 10 1)面的X光衍射峰半高宽分别大于 0 .75°和 0 .85°的情况下 ,当输入到反应体系内的搅拌能量为 12~ 2 5Wh·L- 1 时 ,产品具有较高的密度 (振实密度 >2 .1g·cm- 3)和较高的活性 (比容量 >2 80mAh·g- 1 ) ,产品的BET比表面积随输入能量的增加而减小 ,当BET比表面积小于 7m2 ·g- 1 以后 ,产品活性明显下降。The relationships of the power input into the reaction system of spherical nickel hydroxide vs. the tapping density and the BET specific area as well as density vs. activity were studied. The experimental results show that when the full width of the half maximum intensity (FWHM) of the XRD patterns in (001) and (101) lines are more than 0.75° and 0.85° respectively while the power input into the reaction system of nickel hydroxide is 12—25 Wh·L -1, the tapping density and the discharge specific capacity of the nickel hydroxide are more than 2.1 g·cm -3 and 280 mAh·g -1 respectively. The BET specific area decreases with the increasing of the power input into the reaction system. When the BET specific area is less than 7.0 m 2·g -1, the discharge specific capacity of the nickel hydroxide decreases evidently.
