摘　　要：根据烟气发生炉系统的基本结构和控制要求,本文采用西门子S7-300系列PLC和MP277触摸屏相结合的方式,以STEP7 V5.4及WinCC flexible 2007软件为工具完成了监控系统的设计,本系统可实现数据采集、模糊PID控制、数据存储、故障报警、趋势曲线显示和对现场设备的实时监控等功能。According to the basic structure and control requirements of the gas generator system.This paper adopts Siemens S7-300 series PLC and MP277 touch screen,the use of STEP7 V5.4 and WinCC flexible 2007 software finished the design of monitoring system.This system has the functions of data acquisition,fuzzy PID control,data storage,failure alarming,trend curves displaying and real-time monitoring on Field Device,etc.
