摘　　要：目的探讨应用压疮预警干预程序预防心脏手术患者术中压疮的效果。方法对267例心脏手术患者术前使用压疮预警评分表对患者皮肤状况进行评分,根据评分实行压疮预警干预程序及相应护理措施预防术中压疮,观察术后6 d内皮肤情况。结果本组患者术中未发生Ⅰ期以上压疮,术后皮肤发红共15例,经处理未发生皮肤破溃。结论应用心脏手术患者压疮预防警评分表及时评估压疮的危险因素,实行压疮预警干预程序,采取相应护理措施,可有效预防术中压疮的发生。Objective To explore the effect of pre-warning intervention for the prevention of pressing ulcer for patient with cardiac surgery. Methods The scoring of skin for 267 patients before surgery with pressing ulcer pre-warning scale was conducted and the corresponding pre-warning intervention was performed based on the scoring. The skin was observed after the surgery within 6 d. Results No Pressure ulcer with Stage I or above occurred in all the patients and though 15 cases experienced flushing after the surgery while no burst occurred in them after the treatment. Conclusion Pre-warning intervention for the prevention of pressing ulcer is effective for patients with cardiac surgery＇.
