382例老年高血压患者依从性行为及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解老年高血压患者依从性行为及其影响因素。方法用一般资料调查表、高血压依从性行为量表、脑卒中防治知识问卷、健康行为自我效能量表,对382例老年高血压患者进行调查。结果老年高血压患者的依从性行为得分(27.55±7.35)分,属于中等水平;依从性行为各因子中,药物治疗因子的水平最高,责任因子的水平最低;多因素分析显示:疾病知识、健康行为自我效能、并发症是影响患者依从性行为的重要因素(P<0.01)。结论64.9%老年高血压患者依从性行为处于中等水平,有待进一步提高,因此在实施护理干预措施时,应重视老年高血压患者生活方式、责任、疾病知识、健康行为自我效能、并发症的宣教和指导,从而提高患者依从性行为。Objective To understand the compliance of elderly patients with hypertension and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A total 382 patients with hypertension were surveyed with general data questionnaire, the Compliance of Hypertension Patients Scale, knowledge of stroke prevention questionnaire, Self-Rated Abilities for Health Practice Scale. Results The score of compliance of elderly patients with hypertension was （27.55 ±7.35）, which indicated the compliance remained in moderate level. Among all factors of compliance of hypertension, pharmacotherapy was in the highest level while health responsibility was in the lowest. Multivariate analysis showed that influencing factors of compliance of hypertension were disease knowledge, self-efficacy, and complications （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The compliance of elderly patients with hypertension remains in moderate level. Specific measures should be taken during the implementation of education and guidance to improve the compliance.
