影响我国女排后备队伍教练员训练理念的因素

摘　　要：为了进一步提高我国女排后备人才"成材率"与"成才质量",采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对影响我国女排后备队伍教练员训练理念的因素进行了综合分析。研究表明:我国女排后备队伍教练员重视自身运动技能水平的掌握;重视基础理论的学习;有较强的敬业精神;自我意识对所期望达成目标的实现有很大的影响力。In order to improve the yield rate and quality of the women volleyball reserve talents in China, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the factors which affect the training ideas of the coaches of China＇s women volleyball reserve teams by means of documents, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics. It is concluded that most of the coaches attach great importance to the self-improvement of technical skill and theoretical study, with better professionalism, and their self-consciousness has a great impact on the realization of their anticipated goals.
