应用创新型金融人才培养的课程实验教学标准探索与实践

摘　　要：对于应用创新型金融人才培养,课程实验教学标准是其实验教学品质保障体系中的重要环节。文章介绍了以实验教学为主体的四维一体教学模式的框架及其内在逻辑,进一步说明了该模式下课程实验教学标准的三个主要特征。在此基础上,阐述了制定课程实验教学标准时如何编制课程定位与培养目标、课程设计、课程教学计划、实验教学计划。For the cultivation of applied -innovative financial talents, experimental teaching standard is one of most important links in the experimental teaching quality guarantee system. This paper introduces the frame and its inherent logic of the four - dimensional - one - integrated teaching mode for which the experimental teaching is the main body, and further illustrates the three major characteristics of experimental teaching standards for the mode. On this basis, the author elaborates how to formulate the course orientation and training objectives, curriculum design, curriculum teaching plan, experimental teaching plan in the setting of curriculum experimental teaching standards.
