摘　　要：某C3I系统在研制和生产中,使用了模拟测试平台的方法对其指挥与控制功能进行了测试、检验及验收;由于测试方法逼近实装测试条件,所以测试结果直观、容易和战技指标相对应。其模拟测试平台的设计和制造并不需要较高水平的人员就可完成。但由于模拟检测平台庞大,构建经费很高,造成维护困难,鉴定繁琐,希望能探索其他类似仿真测试平台的方法开展此项工作。The C3I system in developed （R＆D） and produced with the use of imitation testing platform method to carry on the test, the examination and the approval for its command and control functions. Because the test method approaches the actual installing test condition, therefore the test result can be viewed directly and easy to correspond with the technique target. It does not need the high level personnel to complete preliminary groundwork of imitation platform. However, on the account of huge imitation testing platform and the high construction cost, the maintenance is difficulty, and the appraisal is tedious.
