摘　　要：丙烯腈装置中溶剂水泵管线上闸阀阀板在日常操作中频繁脱落,影响了装置的正常生产。文中分析了阀板脱落原因,结合多年的生产实际经验,提出了解决闸阀阀板脱落的有效措施,收到了良好效果。The gate valve plate on the solvent water pump of Acrylonitrile Plant dropped frequently during daily operation,and this affected normal production of the plant.This paper analyzed the cause for the valve plate dropping,put forward effective countermeasure for avoiding gate valve plate dropping based on many years' practical experience in production,and good result has been obtained.
