摘 要:为解决动压影响条件下深井软岩大变形巷道难以维护的问题,本文对东欢坨矿巷道围岩弱结构变形特征和锚固支护机理进行了分析,考察了回采巷道受采动影响的围岩变形特点,对现有锚网索支护参数进行了系统优化,继而提出了该矿深井软岩大变形巷道锚网索支护的设计方案:锚杆提高围岩自身承载能力+底角锚杆控制底鼓+锚索缩小顶板岩层拉应力区范围+金属网形成柔性支护体系。井下实测结果表明,锚网索联合支护可实现大变形软岩回采巷道的有效支护。为其它矿区类似条件下的动压巷道合理支护提供了借鉴。this paper analyses the surrounding rock weak structure deformation and bolting support mechanism in order to resolve the serious deformation of the coal entry in Donghuantuo Coal Mine, makes overall investigation on the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock under the influence of mining. The bolt-mesh-anchor support parameters are optimized. In addition, the de- sign scheme of bolt- mesh- anchor combined support is put forward : bolting supports enhance the self- bearing capacity, the floor comer bolts play an important role in controlling the heave,the anchor cable supports reduce the tensile stress area,the flexible structure are formed by metal mesh. The observation results in the field show that the bolt-mesh-anchor combined support can a- chieve the effective support of the large deformation coal entry with soft roof and floor. The technical measures described in this paper provide a reference for the mines with similar geological conditions.
