摘　　要：实践路径的科学化是建设学习型党组织的关键。提高学习型党组织建设科学化水平,要把握特征和优势,增强规律性;要把握问题与成效,增强针对性;要把握重点和关键,增强实效性。Scientific path of practice is the key to building a learning - oriented party. In improving constructing its scientific level of learning-oriented Party, we must grasp the characteristics and advantages. In order to enhance our awareness of its regularity,, we must grasp the problem and the effectiveness in order to achieve the goal. We shouht also grasp the highlights and the key in order to enhance the effectiveness.
