基于现代产业体系的河北省产业有效性分析

摘　　要：效率是现代产业体系的基点,构建现代产业体系必须以提升产出效率为核心和基本价值取向。进行产业发展的有效性评价,对现代产业体系构建具有非常重要的意义。运用数据包络分析法,对河北省有代表性的20个产业进行的有效性评价表明,在所选的20个代表性产业中,9个产业达到了DEA完全有效,其余11个产业未达到DEA有效,其投入产出效率有待进一步提高。各产业可以根据各自的具体情况从减少相关投入或提高相应产出两个方面提高产业的运行效率。Efficiency is the starting point of the modem industrial system. Improving the output efficiency must be regarded as the core and basic value orientation when constructing modern industrial system. Assessing the efficiency of the industry development has an important significance on the construction of modem industrial system. This paper carries an efficiency evaluation on 20 key industries of Hebei province by using the Data Envelopment Analysis. The assessing result shows that nine industries reach the DEA efficiency, and the others do not meet the DEA efficiency and their input-output efficiency need to be further improved. Every industry can improve the efficiency of industry according to the specific circumstances from reducing related investment or improving the corresponding output.
