摘　　要：介绍了使用带集体落纱装置的细纱长车与传统细纱车在用工、用电及投资成本方面的对比分析情况以及提高落纱留头率使设备处于良好运转所采取的措施。指出采用集体落纱细纱长车的技术性能、运行成本均优于传统细纱车,是取代细纱短车的必然选择。为了进一步提高其性能,需要在减轻罗拉负荷、改进变径位置、降低消耗上做一些改进。This thesis not only introduces the comparauve anatystb olng vehicle, with collective doffing and traditional spinning vehicle in labor, electricity consumption and investment cost but also proposes measures to improve the doffing stay head rate in order to make equipment in good running. It points out that collective doffing spinning long vehicle is an inevitable choice to replace traditional spinning vehicle as the long vehicles are superior to traditional spinning vehicles in technical performance and operation cost. In order to further improve the performance, it is necessary to reduce the roller load, change reducer position and reduce the consumption.
