摘　　要：亚麻/棉在并纱过程中有特殊的要求。在实际生产中由于并纱股线存在分纱等问题,在下道工序倍捻机的加捻过程中易产生断头和小辫子纱的现象,严重影响着成纱质量。通过对分纱原因的分析,以及对并纱机进行改造和规范操作,例如重设电机变频器频率以控制纱线速度,更换槽筒,调整槽筒位置等,使问题得以改善和解决。The flax-cotton yarn has some special requirements during asselnonng yawls. end-breakages and small cable yarns present on next two-for-one twisters seriously because the assembled yarn separates in actual production, which influences the quality of finished yarn. According to analyses of causes for dividing yarn, the betterment of doubling winder and careful operation in the productive practice including changing drum and adjusting the drum position etc. , this thesis improves and solves such problems.
