摘　　要：分析了目前涤纶缝纫线的缺点,围绕开发高速涤纶缝纫线,从原料优选、坯线制造、染色后处理等工艺技术路线以及各工序的主要技术措进行一系列研究,开发了T14.8tex×2超高速涤纶缝纫线。结果显示其质量达到进口缝纫线水平,提高了可缝性与缝制效果。This thesis analyzes disadvantages of present polyester sewing thread and implements a series of researches on technology route and the main technical measures at each process to develop high-speed polyester sewing thread, including the optimization of raw maters, production of billet line and dyeing post-treatment. We successfully develop T 14. 8tex×2 super-speed polyester sewing thread. The results show that the equality of such sewing thread equals the level of imported sewing thread, which improves the possibility of seam and sewing effect.
