摘　　要：针对建筑工程中质量通病现象进行了分析,总结归纳了建筑通病的特征,并结合工程实践探讨了建筑通病的综合防治措施及应遵循的原则,对减少或避免质量通病,确保建筑的安全性和耐久性有积极意义。This paper made analysis according to the quality common problem phenomenon in building project, summed up the characteristics of construction common problem, and combining with the engineering practice discussed the comprehensive prevention and control measures of con struction common problems and principle should, had positive significance to reduce or avoid quality common problems, ensure the construction safety and durability.
