高频电灼术联合紫草膏治疗女性尖锐湿疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高频电灼术联合紫草膏治疗女性尖锐湿疣的疗效及安全性。方法:将56例门诊女性尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用高频电灼术联合紫草膏治疗和高频电灼术联合5%咪喹莫特霜治疗,观察两组疗效与不良反应。结果:治疗组治愈率92.85%,复发率7.14%,不良反应2例。对照组治愈率67.85%,复发率32.14%,不良反应8例。两组治愈率和不良反应比较P<0.05。结论:采用高频电灼术联合紫草膏治疗女性尖锐湿疣是安全有效的。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of treating female genital warts by high frequency fulguration joint lithospermum ointment. Methods： 56 cases of female genital warts patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, respectively, using the high frequency fulguration the lithospermum cream treatment and high frequency fulguration joint 5% imiquimod cream for treatment, observation of two group efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： The cure rate was 92.85%, the recurrence rate of 7.14 percent two cases of adverse reactions. The cure rate of control group was 67.85%, the recurrence rate was 32.14%, adverse reactions in 8 cases. To compare the cure rate and adverse reaction in two group P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating female genital warts by high frequency fulguration joint lithospermum ointment is safe and effective.
