摘　　要：王金权教授是国家级非物质文化遗产平遥道虎壁王氏妇科第28代代表性传承人,在长期的临床实践中积累了丰富的治疗经验,对本病有着独特的诊疗方法,根据本病的病因病机的特点,王老师自拟了以活血理气,化瘀通络为大法的王氏逐瘀通脉汤。在临床应用中颇具疗效,现将王金权教授治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的学术经验简单介绍。Professor Wang Jin-quan is the twenty-eighth generation representative successors of the national intangible cultural heritage Pingyao Daohubi Wang＇s gynecologic. He has accumulated rich experiences of treatment in the long-term clinical practice and a unique method of diagnosis. According to the etiological factors and pathogenesis characteristics, professor Wang selfmade the Wang＇s Zhuyu Tongmai decoction. This Wang＇s Zhuyu Tongmai decoction obtain good results in clinical practice. The following describes the academic experience treating tubal obstructive infertility by professor WANG Jin-quan.
