摘　　要：围手术期正确使用抗生素既能减低药物资源的浪费及患者的经济负担,又能降低细菌耐药菌株的产生及患者机体菌群失调的发生率。本文通过对近年来围手术期抗生素应用的有关文献及本院外科围手术期抗生素临床实际使用的情况进行分析,探讨了外科围手术期抗生素使用中存在的问题,以此来指导抗生素的合理应用。Rational way to use antibiotics in perioperation perios can not only reduce the waste of drug resources and the economic burden on patients, but also lower the incidence rate of resistant strains occurrence and the body flora inbalanee in patients.Through analyzed the recent papers on the application of antibiotics in perioperation period and the sutuation in our hospital, some problems in the application of antibilties during perioperation period is analyzed in the text,in order to introduce the antibiotics used reasonably.
