摘　　要：目前国际银行业监管合作中存在着若干问题,在后危机时代,应通过完善备忘录相关细则,统一监管标准,加强两岸银行业监管机构的执法能力,增强协同检查方式,提高监管效率,更好保护两岸投资者的利益,避免系统性风险,保护合法竞争,稳定金融秩序。Problems exist in the international banking supervision cooperation and in the post-crisis era, some countermeasures such as the improvement of the memorandum related rules, unifying supervision standards, strengthening the enforcement capacity in cross-strait banking supervision, enhancing cooperative check mode and improving the efficiency of supervision should be taken to strengthen the banking supervision cooperation across the Taiwan Strait, to protect cross-strait investors, to avoid systemic risks, to protect the legitimate competition, and to stabilize the financial order
