摘  要:用直流充放电试验可以快速检出自愈式电容器的质量缺陷,除了考验卷绕、喷金、浸渍等工序对喷金层结合牢度的影响外,也可检出薄膜耐压、放电电阻等缺陷,是-种值得推广的有效方法。经过多年实践笔者给出了具体试验参数,对多种型号的产品按该参数进行了试验,并详细介绍试验情况。With DC charge-discharge test,the quality defects of self-healing capacitors can be detected quickly,which not only checking the influence of such process as winding,metal spraying and impregnating on the binding strength of metal spraying,but also detecting such defects as film withstand voltage and discharge resistance and is an effective way with worthy of promotion.The specific testing ratings are given by the authors throughout their practice for years,the multiple types of products are tested in accordance with the ratings and test situation is described in detail.
