摘  要:针对传统千足金饰品存在的硬度低、易变形磨损、款式单调、工艺价值和艺术价值不高等问题,介绍了电铸硬千足金饰品的特点,并结合中国民众对黄金饰品的偏好习惯及国际金价的走势,分析了电铸硬千足金饰品的市场前景。同时,分析了电铸硬千足金工艺现状,指出了无氰工艺更符合绿色环保的要求,是电铸硬千足金的主要发展方向。针对当前无氰电铸硬千足金工艺在生产过程中存在的主要问题,需要进一步完善电铸液体系,开发出稳定性更好、价格更低廉的添加剂,同时企业要不断积累生产经验和提高管理水平,以降低硬千足金饰品的生产成本。Traditional pure gold ornaments have many problems, such as low hardness, easy deformation and wear, monotonous style,low process and artistic value, etc. In this paper, the characteristics of electroformed hard pure gold were introduced, and according to the preferential practices of pure gold ornaments in China and the trend of international gold price, the market prospects of electroformed hard pure gold ornaments were analyzed. Meanwhile, the current situation of electroforming process was discussed, and non-cyanide process was pointed out to be more consist- ent with the requirements of environmental protection and would be the main development direction. In view of the ma- jor problems of current cyanide-free electroforming process in production, it is needed to further improve electrolyte system and develop additives with better stability and lower price, and enterprises should continuously accumulate producing experience and improve management level, so that the production cost of hard pure gold ornaments can be reduced.
