摘  要:目的探讨北京市区县疾病预防控制中心(CDC)微生物检验实验室人力资源存在的问题,提出解决问题的建议和措施。方法对北京市区县疾病预防控制中心2011年检验专业人员资料进行收集、整理,采用文献研究、现场调研的方法对数据进行分析。结果郊区县CDC微生物检验实验室高学历检验人员严重不足,仅有12.50%的博士研究生和28.57%的硕士研究生在郊区县CDC工作。郊区县CDC微生物检验实验室工作人员专业不对口现象要比城六区严重,远郊区县CDC微生物实验室专家人数偏少。结论应加大对博士、硕士等高学历人员及各类专家和具有高级职称检验人员的引进,呼吁政府加大对疾病预防控制机构的经费投入,特别是郊区县疾病预防控制机构的投入。人员准入选择检验专业背景的专业技术人员,以期进一步完善北京市各区县疾控中心微生物检验实验室人力资源配置,建立一支高素质的,适应不断发展疾控事业的检验队伍。Objective To explore and analysis the problems on microbial technician resources in Microbiological testing laboratories, and to provide suggestions and measures for the solution. Methods The data of microbial technician resources were collected from district centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) of Beijing in 2011. Literature review and field study were used for data analysis. Results Microbiological testing laboratories in suburban district CDC were short of highly educated personnel. There were only 12.50% laboratorians with Doctoral degrees and 28.57% with Master' s degrees in suburban district CDC. Compared with suburban and urban district CDC, more staff whose job didn' t match their specialty and fewer experts worked in suburban district CDC. Conclusion CDC should increase the introduction of staff with PhD or Master' s Degree and introduce more microbiological testing experts such as inspectors with senior professional titles. Meanwhile government should also increase investment for microbiological testing laboratory in CDC, especially in suburban district CDC. In order to improve the microbial technician resources and establish a high quality microbiological testing team, employing more highly educated professional staff should be enhanced.
